Posto accogliente e personale molto gentile che parla diverse lingue. Abbiamo ordinato una tartar di tonno e una tagliata di tonno entrambe buonissime Tappa raccomandata per una cenetta tranquilla e accogliente, con buon cibo e vino locale. A real Hidden gem, la mula ristorante was one of our highlights in Rovinj. Tucked away in a small, quiet, and incredibly charming little street, this cozy restaurant feels like a place you almost want to keep secret. The atmosphere is intimate, authentic, and wonderfully relaxing. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommending dishes. You can immediately feel the passion they have for both hospitality and food, and they made the entire evening feel special from start to finish. The tuna tartar was honestly one of the best I have ever eaten. Incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and so balanced that absolutely nothing else was needed for it. The carbonara was also phenomenal and easily among the best I’ve ever had: rich, creamy, authentic, and packed with flavor without feeling heavy. The octopus gnocchi were another standout dish, especially thanks to the pesto, which was beautifully mild and perfectly complemented the octopus instead of overpowering it. To finish everything off, we had the chef’s special tiramisu, and it tasted wonderfully fresh and homemade. Truly the perfect ending to an unforgettable dinner. This truly feels like an up-and-coming restaurant that deserves far more recognition. If you are looking for an authentic Italian and memorable dining experience in Rovinj, this place is an absolute must-visit. We will definitely be coming back.
