I’ve been visiting La Marina for many years, and what keeps me coming back—aside from the stunning location—is the clear effort they put into improving year after year. The investment in both the space and the overall experience really shows. The food is consistently excellent, and while the drinks are on the pricey side, they’re still very good. That said, I do have one major critique: the music. The lounge-style playlist they often use doesn’t match the vibe and ends up dragging down the atmosphere. La Marina could benefit immensely from a skilled DJ who knows how to read the room and create a mood that complements the beautiful setting. Also, the music is often far too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. With better curation and volume control, the experience could truly be elevated to the next level.
