While it's true that Klara provides plates, cutlery, and bowls for fries, we've recently encountered a supply issue with small and large fry bowls, leading to difficulty in serving proper portions. Our staff is trained to fill small bowls with small fry portions and large bowls with large ones. In the absence of appropriate bowls, our staff is supposed to use a scale to ensure the right quantity. We apologize if this wasn't the case during your visit. Immediate steps have been taken to rectify this. We're committed to ensuring a scale is always available to guarantee accurate fry portions. We understand your disappointment and apologize for any misunderstanding.
