It is with great pleasure that I write this extremely positive review of the "La Lanterna" restaurant in Frosinone. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mr. Luca with a warm smile and hospitality that immediately made the atmosphere welcoming and pleasant. The classic Ciociaria cuisine offered by the restaurant is simply delicious. The first courses, such as timbale and cannelloni, are prepared with skill and authentic taste, transporting us on a culinary journey through the traditions of the region. Each bite is an explosion of flavors that awakens the senses and delights the palate. But the delights don't stop there. The second courses, in particular the buffalo stew and the mixed roast, are true gastronomic masterpieces. The meat is tender and succulent, prepared with care and dedication to ensure an unforgettable dining experience. Each dish is a celebration of the freshness and quality of local ingredients. I can only underline the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Each team member was attentive to our needs, offering impeccable service with a genuine smile. Their courtesy made our visit even more memorable and made us feel pampered and welcome. Also worth mentioning is the impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant. The environment is bright, tidy and perfectly cared for, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that favors a pleasant and worry-free lunch and dinner. In conclusion, the "La Lanterna" restaurant is a true culinary jewel in Frosinone. With delicious cuisine, courteous service and impeccable surroundings, it is the ideal place to enjoy the pleasures of Ciociaria cuisine in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere.
