Ho solamente cena No pernottato Capitato per errore Cercavo un altro posto Da quando ho capito ce sono praticamente due attaccati Alla fine per quello che ho ordinato ho mangiato bene. Nn è economico, come gran parte dei locali in svizzera. Mezzo vuoto e tranquillo. Tanti tavoli a disposizione

We had dinner at Martinshof last night. Then it hit us: One person ordered Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with Rösti - Geschnetzeltes was beef in a very dark sauce, the meat was red and rubbery, you couldn't bite it or swallow it. Second person ordered a portion of Rösti plain. This consisted of a baby portion, after 3 forks the black dessert plate was empty. Because the meat was so rubbery, guest 1 was offered vermicelles for dessert. But this only came when we asked again - then a piece of vermicelles came frozen straight out of the packaging, without having been pressed through the vermicelles press! Service answered us that yes, the kitchen had already been cleaned - although the offer for a dessert came when the kitchen had not yet been cleaned. Then ordered a coffee, the cup was dirty and had to be returned. The whole thing cost us Fr. 110.--. The star is only given for the friendly service. We definitely won't be coming to Martinshof to eat again because we are very disappointed.
