La Cucina, located in the heart of Zadar’s old town, is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy a variety of culinary options. The restaurant’s menu is impressively diverse, offering everything from seafood and burgers to pastas, pizzas, and risottos, catering to all tastes. I had the grilled salmon with baby potatoes, and it was fantastic. The portion was generous, and the salmon was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. The baby potatoes complemented the dish beautifully, adding a nice, comforting touch. For dessert, I indulged in the chocolate soufflé paired with ice cream, and it was a delightful end to the meal. The soufflé was rich and gooey, with the cold ice cream providing the perfect balance. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, made even better by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made the dining experience feel extra special. If you’re in Zadar’s old town, La Cucina is definitely worth a visit!
