Ottimo ristorante, con prodotti di qualità preparati con cura. Gestione familiare davvero ospitale. Bella location (tornerò a giugno per mangiare nel dehors esterno). Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo per le festa di laurea di mia figlia.Siamo stati benissimo, ottimo cibo e porzioni abbondanti,ho ricevuto i complimenti per la scelta del ristorante.Patrizia la proprietaria è di una gentilezza squisita ed è simpaticissima.Ci torneremo sicuramente. I hope that yesterday's date, 16 September 2024, remains a date for Mrs Patrizia that she will not forget, otherwise it would mean not making the most of her mistakes. Oh yes, because the responsibilities belong to those who are in command and not to those who are not. Yesterday I too was, with my family, among those who participated in a real and real staging of "nightmare kitchens" because at a certain point the sensation was precisely that of living in a nightmare. Upon arrival, at 1pm according to the agreed time, none of the 3 waiters welcomed us. After a sufficient wait I report our. reservation and I was shown a table in full sun, the only one without an umbrella, which I refused and which would remain unused as it was also rejected by subsequent customers. We are offered a table inside which in hindsight we can consider the only stroke of luck of the whole unfortunate experience in this restaurant. We started with the starters at 1.45pm, the first courses at 2.45pm and at 3.45pm we had not yet been served the second courses which is why we decided that we had had enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we saw everything, two young waiters rushing around trying to justify the endless waits, an older one going back and forth with a dazed look, customers going to the kitchen to ask for news. of their orders, those who left the restaurant without having completed their lunch due to the unacceptable wait under an outdoor area that had turned into an oven. If we add to this a deafening duo who played absolutely unlistenable music, the final result was a show never seen before. I add, and close, that the justifications given on the sheet hanging under the counter are disrespectful towards all those who entering a "public establishment" expect a service, in exchange for the payment of a fee, which they did not receive yesterday. If anything, that sheet attests that yesterday's debacle may not have been the only one. Best wishes Mrs. Patrizia, look for valid collaborators to lend you a hand.
