Hotel a conduzione familiare con camere veramente ampie e molto ben arredate. L’ottima cucina, poi, rende ancora più piacevole il soggiorno, aggiungendo “sapore” all’atmosfera rilassante che si vive in questa struttura. Service: 5

eccellente hotel ristorante, camere ottime e ben tenute e pulite, vista su torre del lago Puccini bellissima cibo eccellente grande cortesia e disponibilità a un prezzo veramente ottimo se dovete oltre che soggiornare anche mangiare la sera prenotare perchè il ristorante è veramente pieno Service: 5

Leaving aside the room service as we only used the restaurant, I find it difficult to give this place even just 1 star: - in the 3 seafood tastings, the only variation consisted in the second course (which was served to us wrong anyway) - the ground first courses had no flavor other than excessive flavor - the meat of the cut clearly came from 2 different pieces of meat cooked at different times (quite evident given the different and dull color of half of the slices) - not all the ingredients are always specified, which is misleading as we are not actually aware of what we will receive - the waitress, by pouring the wine, I think quenched the tablecloth more than us guests, in addition to continuing to pour wine even for those who had clearly expressed that they did not want it - we ordered a Bavarian cake with mixed fruits (without berries), also showing a photo, and we were served an ambiguous mix between a cheesecake and a sponge cake with berries - the waitress continued to call me a lady even though I was a 20 year old boy - the view wouldn't be bad if it weren't obscured by dirty, opaque glass, framed by a curtain covered in moss and lichen, as well as at least twenty different species of mold - the entrée was cold and clearly cooked well before our arrival Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
