L'atmosfera ospitale di questo ristorante dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero amichevole. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del fichissimo servizio. Let me start by saying that I was a regular visitor, not a passing tourist. I say I was because after tonight's experience La Burghereja is, unfortunately, among those places that I will not frequent and will not recommend. I arrive at 8.30pm, two adults and a little girl, we sit outside; after choosing, the wait to order begins and we notice that at least two tables that arrived after us had their orders taken immediately. We manage to order: two burgers with side dishes for the adults, baked ribs for the little girl and a mix of fish appetizers that we decide to bring out immediately together with the ribs. The appetizers and ribs arrive, the latter being appreciated; the fish appetizers, on the contrary, were not a lot, apart from the calamari which, despite being frozen, weren't bad, the prawns and the "seaweed" balls were clearly produced by poor quality discount stores. The wait for the hamburgers begins... the little girl eats (at least she) and meanwhile the first liter of beer evaporates, also gripped by the pangs of hunger. Evidently it wasn't exactly evening given that even Mother Nature had her say by pouring several drops of freezing rain on us which, being outside the roofs of the venue, made us made to opt, like others diners cornered by Pluvio Jupiter, due to the movement within the latter. From here on... nothing. We ordered another liter of beer, already anticipating the hamburger and side dish but... nothing.. .absolutely nothing happened...The little girl continued to enjoy the ribs and we continued to wait in vain for our dishes.At 9.45pm, that is, an hour and a quarter after our arrival, I was struck by a very slight suspicion. ..And what if, in reality, no one was preparing our hamburgers? The little girl finishes the ribs, the second liter of beer is now running out, as is my patience... The hunger that gripped us had now left the placed in a mixture of disappointment and dissatisfaction, which were also navigating in two liters of lager beer. The time to leave was now ripe. I head to the cashier to pay and upon reading the list of dishes consumed I promptly interrupt my interlocutor by asking her observe that, in reality, the hamburgers never arrived. He apologizes, points out that I should have mentioned it (in reality it doesn't work like that), gives excuses blaming it on the bad weather and the change of table which sent them into confusion. I point out that in reality the disorganization had already been seen when orders were taken from tables that arrived after us... silence. I'm paying, I'm leaving. Unfortunately, after so many positive experiences, this time it went badly. Was it a coincidence? Or perhaps it was the obvious disorganization of a place that changes 98% of the staff every year (ask yourself a question and give yourself an answer), apart from the owners obviously Or maybe it's the desire to overdo it by offering a menu that is too vast, albeit scaled down compared to previous years when they even offered spaghetti with clams even though there is a historic fish restaurant across the street?
