Una bellissima scoperta! Il proprietario è di una disponibilità eccelsa, la maggior parte dei piatti sono della tradizione tipica marchigiana e sono preparati sicuramente con prodotti locali freschissimi.... sapori rari. Consigliatissimo! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the pleasure of stopping at "La Botte Piena" and I must say it was a truly memorable culinary experience. This charming restaurant stands out for its authenticity, cozy atmosphere and, of course, for the delicious cuisine it offers. From the moment I entered, I perceived a warm and familiar atmosphere. The rustic decoration of the room, with stone walls and wooden details, has contributed to a traditional and pleasantly intimate atmosphere, not least the excellent selection of music. The owner greeted us with energy and sympathy. The menu changes according to the season, the menu selection was varied and reflected the typical cuisine of the region. We started with carpaccio as an appetizer, accompanied by freshly baked bread that gave off an irresistible aroma. Continuing with 2 first courses: tagliatelle with basil pesto and dried tomatoes and chitarrina with red Vernaccia sauce, sausage and wild fennel. We were amazed by the off-menu proposal for the second course with wild boar, delicious In conclusion, La Botte Piena is a culinary jewel in the historic center of Belforte del Chienti that I highly recommend to anyone looking for authenticity and taste in every dish. The attention to detail, the welcoming environment and the extraordinary cuisine combine to create an unforgettable experience.
