We tried to try as many things as possible, from Ecuadorian to Swiss specialties and everything was excellent. On the Ecuador side we opted for the tasting platter and everything was really delicious and fresh. We really fell in love with the really fresh and tasty shrimp ceviche. On the Swiss side, I have never eaten such a good rosti, it was truly incredible! The malakoffs were also very good, less liked the goat's cheese spring rolls which were more bland compared to the other flavors if I had done without a dish it would have been this one.
