Wow, I think the “wow” effect is present at every level of the hotel. The welcome and the staff are truly friendly and responded to our requests very quickly. The restaurant is excellent, and the service is just as good. A big thank you to all the restaurant and hotel staff for their kindness and their extremely pleasant service. Service: 5

Our favorite getaway in Gstaad. Wonderfully kind and local staff welcomes you in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Every need is catered to and one can enjoy a day on the slopes, walk through the fields or a dinner at Le Bagatelle. We will be back! Service: 5

Geniesserhotel Le Grand Chalet is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is second to none, the staff is exceptionally attentive, polite and really cares about your experience; the food served at the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner boasts fresh ingredients and we had the best Côte de boeuf we've ever tasted. We will be back to lovely Gstaad and back to Le Grand Chalet very soon. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
