I was honestly shocked by the poor service at the restaurant in what is supposed to be Hilton hotel. The experience was far below expectations. First, there was only one waitress attending to our table of 10, which was clearly overwhelming for her. Our water and wine glasses were left empty for most of the meal, and no one bothered to refill them. On top of that, the waitress got our orders mixed up and couldn’t remember who had ordered what. To make matters worse, we were even given the wrong menu at the start! The whole experience was so chaotic that I found myself repeatedly asking my friends, 'Is this really a Hilton hotel?' For such a prestigious name, I expected far better service. This was incredibly disappointing and not worth the visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We unfortunately had the worst experience of our vacation at this restaurant. we spent one night at the Hilton following the cancellation of our flight, and when it was time to have lunch (paid for by the airline), the L'Olivo restaurant did not agree with the reception of the hotel, resulting in a wait of more than 1h30 to be served due to a voucher problem. There were around fifteen of us in this situation, receiving different information from the reception and the restaurant employees. the food was finally served (it was delicious) after two tables (ours and another family) made a scene by calling out the waiters. The lack of communication between the Hilton reception and the Olive restaurant is deplorable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
