Attilio è stato il primo approccio culinario a Procida: appena arrivato affaticato dalla salita con le valigie mi ha subito proposto una crocchetta cacio e pepe e una pizza fritta... ci si sono sciolte in bocca ed è stato amore a primo morso! LO SFIZIO da Attilio was the perfect stop when we arrived in Procida around 10 a.m. Looking for a quick lunch to go before exploring the island, we found this small local spot and were glad we did. The food was affordable, convenient, and a great introduction to the local flavors of Procida. We tried the frittella di pasta, which was tasty, filling, and something unique that we don't often see back home. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the frying oil seemed a little past its prime, which slightly affected the flavor. Even so, we still enjoyed the food and appreciated the quick service and local atmosphere. A great little spot near the port for travelers looking for an easy and authentic bite before exploring the island. Supporting small local businesses like this is one of the best parts of traveling.
