Molto chiuso,ma comunque in generale ci sta,buona pizza e buona farinata(loro specialità).il servizio è ottimo e il personale simpatico,invece la location Molto bella ma Da pulire.

Book a table for 7pm for 7 and on the phone we request a car seat for a newborn. I arrive with my partner and the child in the room where there were 5 other people present on two separate tables. They show us the table and I ask for the seat for the child. After about 10/15 minutes there was no sign of the seat. The two waitresses, despite having seen that I was standing with the child in my arms, forgot about us. I ask for the seat and after about 5 minutes they bring it. The rest of the table arrives and after a short wait the orders begin. Farinata for everyone and followed by 4 pan pizzas (the size of a baby for those who don't know). The farinata arrives at 8pm to a room half full!!!! Luckily the child had his dinner. The pizzas arrive around 9pm! Now here I understand that the place was full but in any case we had been inside since 7pm. We ask for desserts, 7 like the guests. At 9.30pm still nothing. The desserts are already ready, just put them on the saucers but to continue with the impeccable service why not make them wait??? So my partner and I get dressed to leave and as if by magic they wake up from the torpor of the evening and start arriving with some sweets. We obviously go to pay without having eaten it. For two of us they made us pay €27, they apologized and they didn't make us pay for the water but only for a medium beer. I leave passing in front of the owner who, like a great gentleman, doesn't even give us a hello. Is the joke over? No! Because the rest of the table, who I remember even ate dessert, pay 10 euros each for the inconvenience of the evening. Now I say but is it possible??? Poor service, biblical delays, good but not excellent farinata and very poor pizza. Where is the owner in all this? He should be the one to lead his team in difficult moments or in any case to advise on how to manage the evening. It probably won't be a big problem to lose two customers but with a little more forethought he wouldn't have lost them. I'm not here to advise whether or not to go to this place, which is still beautiful and located in the historic center but don't be in a hurry to have dinner Vegetarian options: Marinara pizza, flour Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Farinata Di Ceci
