I dined at this place on June 21, 2021. Dubrovnik was pretty empty and the restaurants tried to lure customers. I was hooked by the owner who promised the best stuffed peppers in Croatia. Why stuffed peppers you ask. Well, that day it was the ONLY thing on the menu because of a holiday. Now you think the peppers would be a killer, right? No. The peppers were undercooked- the rice was still raw. So, there was just one thing on the menu and it was screwed up. And the salad deserves an 'honorary' mention. The tomatoes were tasteless and more likely purchased at a supermarket. The cucumbers had monster seeds which should not have been served at a restaurant. The peppers, salad and wine set me back 25 bucks and gave me a nice diarrhea (the only suspect I can pinpoint since it was my only meal at that point). In addition, I would have to second another review about the owner. He was only nice to get me in and upsell. After that his niceness and sense of humor disappeared. Also, I don't know if this place is trying to rebrand itself, but their menu says Buza. In conclusion, whether it's Peline or Trattoria Leone or Buza, I strongly recommend to skip this place. The only way to improve service is to hit them financially.
