Such a wonderful hotel to stay at. The staff is wonderful, so kind and so welcoming. We had a baby with us, they made sure to check in on us to ensure comfort, provided us with extra items for the baby and helped as much as possible. Special thanks to Thomas who made our stay so special.

I was there for five nights. Everything is nice. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Try to get rooms facing the mountain ️

We had a fabulous stay from beginning to end. We were too early for check in and the lady on reception was helpful storing our bags so we could explore the village. On our return for check in we were shown the way to our rooms, and where breakfast would be, in such a friendly manner. Our whole stay we felt very welcome by all the lovely staff. The rooms had lots of space and everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Located at the edge of the village, the village is only 5/10 mins walk to restaurants/bars (the hotel restaurant is also very nice). For skiing/snowboarding a free ski bus stop is right outside to get to/from the Champery cable car or GD Paradise chair lift. It’s the first and last stop on the ski bus route. And if you didn’t use the bus it’s only 10 mins walk downhill on way to the cable car. It was one of my best hotel stays anywhere, we will return I am sure.
