We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify a few points.Our cordon bleus are homemade and prepared fresh to order. The toothpicks are used to keep them closed during cooking, and our staff always informs guests of their presence when serving the dish. We apologise if this information was not heard or understood.Our large plates are a deliberate presentation choice. In order to serve your dish properly, our waitress politely asked you to move the stone displaying your table number, along with some of your personal belongings.Regarding your bottled drink, we pour part of it into the glass and then leave the bottle on the table. You therefore received the full amount you ordered.Finally, the guests at the neighbouring table are regular customers who frequently visit our restaurant and appreciate our homemade cuisine. We will therefore leave it to them to judge their own experience rather than doing so on their behalf.We are sorry that your visit left you disappointed.
