Unfortunately, our experience at the "Kreuz Bistro Pizza Kebap Take Away" was extremely disappointing. We ordered a falafel and a kebab in the pocket bread at the counter and were told we could sit while the food was brought to our seat. Full of anticipation, we sat down outside and chose three drinks to pass the time. What followed was a truly frustrating wait. After about 25 minutes we noticed customers coming and going while they had already received their orders. This situation made us doubt the efficiency of the place. Puzzled and increasingly hungry, we decided to see if our order had been forgotten. Inside the restaurant there was hectic unrest when we asked. We were assured that the falafel was ready but the kebab was still missing. However, what particularly annoyed us was the fact that the employee with the tattoos suddenly informed us that they ran out of pocket bread. The question that came to us was: Why weren't we informed about this when we ordered at the counter? It is unacceptable to make customers wait so long and then withhold essential information. In view of this unacceptable experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend the "Kreuz Bistro Pizza Kebap Take Away" under any circumstances. The lack of communication, the delays and the chaos we experienced made us never visit this place again. It is unfortunate that such a promising visit had to end in such disappointment. First of all, as the kreuz Bistro team, we would like to apologize to you. We received many food orders on Sunday and were struggling to keep up.
