Ottime materie prime fanno da padrone in questa osteria d’altri tempi. Servizio cordiale ed efficiente. Prezzi onestissimi. Una vera chicca a Korčula!!!

Konoba Mate is extremely overrated ! Our group of 13 went to dinner on August 24, 2025. We suffered through the slowest, inept service of any restaurant during our two week vacation in Croatia. The food was OK but nothing special. Definitely not worth the effort to eat here. The reservation was made by my wife for our group of 13. Service was so bad I had to find someone to bring us desert menues and take our order. Even though this restaurant has high ratings the night our group ate there the service was so bad it was annoying. It's hard to belive the owner is questioning whether I actually ate there. I will post photos I took of the restaurant that night. Seating is outside and there was a fly problem the night we ate there. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: €20–25
