Really kind server and great food ! We were greeted with enthusiasm and felt welcome, the server offered to explain some menu items as we are visiting. Everything we got was so good, I highly recommend giving them a try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you're craving an authentic Balkan experience, Konoba Kafana is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by warm smiles and the rich aroma of grilled meats and spices. The food is outstanding—everything from juicy ćevapi and other meats to homemade ajvar full of flavor. The portions are generous, and every dish feels like it’s crafted with love. The staff here really goes above and beyond, making you feel like family. They’re always happy to recommend dishes and share a bit about the cuisine. Wow this place is exceptional. Nestled in the hills on your way into Rovinj this place has an amazing ambience, fantastic food and super service. The place serves traditional tasty Croatian food with a nice outdoor terrace and open charcoal bbq and friendly staff. The portions are generous and they serve some of the best traditional Croatian cuisine. I had the mixed meat platter and it was fresh and delicious. Stephan our waiter was attentive and friendly while all the staff were accomodating and spoke multiple languages. It was the highlight of a long day to sit on the terrace watching the sunset while dining on delicious food and sipping slivovica (Croatian spirit) I could not recommend this place highly enough and think it is definitely worth a visit on your way to or from Rovinj.
