Will travel for SPICE! We had to travel from Zurich to Schaffhausen to find the most incredible spice blends! I firmly believe if you have a stacked spice cupboard you can whip up any type of delicious meal. It all starts here. The array of spices and blends is mind boggling and the owner knows her stuff. If you call in advance she will even cook for you - you sit at her table and enjoy the array of surprises coming your way!
