Tappa fissa per me e il mio compagno ogni qualvolta siamo a Ferrara. Ampia scelta di piatti vegani, diversi veganizzabili grazie al tablet. Menzione doverosa va fatta al personale, in particolare al ragazzo presente sia a pranzo che a cena; educatissimo e di una gentilezza sopraffina. È sempre un piacere recarsi in questo ristorante. La settimana scorsa ho cenato con mia figlia,cibo freschissimo e buonissimo personale educato,l ultima pietanza non siamo riusciti a finirlo e ho chiesto se lo potevo portare a casa la responsabile con gentilezza mi ha detto che potevo farlo e mi ha fatto anche uno sconto. Kokosushi is located in the center of Ferrara, a few steps from the Estense Castle. The place is very bright thanks to the window overlooking the street. The furniture is simple and modern, with modern color tones such as dove grey. It is possible to have lunch or dinner with an "all you can eat" formula. The dishes are presented and plated well. We tried a bit of everything from appetizers, to uramaki, raw fish, ramen, etc... All the dishes were good and the ingredients were fresh. The staff is very courteous and discreet in intervening to clear the table of empty plates. The restaurant is located on the ground floor making it suitable for both strollers and wheelchairs. They do not have private parking but there are free and paid parking nearby or along the streets. With a short walk from the restaurant you can reach the most important monuments of the city center.
