Già la terza volta al klingler s Ascona.. Giancarlo è il suo team sono i migliori. Servizio molto gentile e attento, location molto carina e cucina top. Torneremo sicuramente molto presto!! ( villa Franciacorta fenomenale) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ristorante super consigliato. Bellissimo ambiente, cibo eccellente con prodotti di altissima qualità, servizio eccellente, Giancarlo ci ha coccolato per tutta la durata della cena, con la sua esperienza, professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia. We already know the restaurant from Zurich and were very excited. We were warmly welcomed and allowed to choose a table on the terrace because we were early. Got an aperitif recommendation and ordered a bottle of water. Both came quickly, as did olive oil on the plate and bread with salt and pepper. Then the restaurant filled up and the service was a bit overwhelmed because “there are only two of them today.” It can happen. Unfortunately, the main course was also completely wrong. A tiny fillet, ordered medium rare, came well-done. The risotto also had too much salt and butter. Unfortunately it didn't taste good. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to complain about the food because after the food was delivered, no waiter came to see us for over 30 minutes. We sat at the table with empty plates for almost 20 minutes until I went in to pay. You can also read this in other reviews Unfortunately, the price is also at the upper end at CHF 160 and I found it a bit disrespectful to offer a limoncello as an excuse.
