We love this Restaurant, and think that the cordon bleu is the best in the area! Tonight I decided to change it up a little and tried their homemade Afghan dish, manto. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for an exceptional evening. The manto was nothing short of extraordinary. Delicate, handmade dumplings were filled with a perfectly seasoned meat mixture, each bite bursting with flavor. The dish was topped with a savory sauce and tangy yogurt, which added a delightful balance to the rich, hearty filling. A sprinkling of split chickpeas provided a finish that elevated the entire dish. I feel I must add that the craftsmanship and attention to detail in each manto were evident, showcasing the chef's dedication to authenticity and quality. It’s clear that the owner and chef take pride in preparing dishes that honor traditional Afghan cuisine while offering a unique, homemade touch. If you're looking for a culinary experience that combines comfort and originality, I highly recommend trying the manto at Restaurant Klemme. It’s a dish that will leave a lasting impression and is a true testament to the rich flavors of Afghan cuisine. Of course , Hubby ordered the delicious cordon blue and we shared our dishes! The cordon blues were delicious. Especially the cordon blue Klemme which I had. If I ever come back to Switzerland again I will most definitely come back here. They also took really good care of my girlfriends pepper allergy by coming back to us asking about different spices. Unfortunately, the terminal still has a bad reputation as a dive bar or something like that. But a lot has changed since then! The food, I had spaghetti, was very tasty, the service was very accommodating, and the atmosphere outside was pleasant. Gladly again soon! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
