Our four-year-old son has been at the Teddy Club Remetschwil since September 2021. We are always very satisfied. But the most important thing: never in these 2.5 years has our son said that he didn't want to go to daycare. We both work and my wife has to start work at 6 a.m. when she works. And then I always take our son to daycare. However, every now and then it happens that I have a professional appointment very early. Then it was never a problem to drop off our son at the manager's private home. She is always very helpful. The daycare center is in a beautiful location, with lots of nature and a beautiful playground. We are happy that we found such a great daycare center for our son.
Beautiful child-friendly space, the staff are super friendly and the daycare manager is super nice. Highly recommended, your children are in good hands there.
What started off as a lovely experience where our daughters were cared for with love and respect by two lovely teachers, turned into a nightmare. The leadership has no idea about leadership and blames her staff for any of her own shortcomings. She installed webcams throughout the establishment to spy on her staff without prior authorisation from parents or officials (the authorities were contacted and assured us that no request was made and that the use of webcams is illegal). After my complaint the webcams were removed. All the staff over the last 5 months has been fired or has resigned without any information to parents. We were lied to by leadership more than once and had private property stolen from us. The woman in charge even called her husband to intimidate my wife when she was challenged about lying to her. This turned out to be our last day due to the nature of events. I would even go as far as claiming that some positive reviews here are fakes created by the leadership or friends thereof. It is a real shame because the staff were truly great people. As long as the leadership stays the same please steer clear. I remain available for further information should anyone wish to know more.
