If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Terrible place, let me explain: On 01.03.25, my friends and I were hanging out at Kiparna. At the table next to us, there were two men who had too much to drink, and one of them started approaching our table, persistently bothering us. Despite our polite requests for him to leave us alone, he didn’t get the message. Not only did he harass us, but he also bothered the waitress—touching her inappropriately and constantly causing a scene. We then asked the waitress to call the police, to which she responded: “I’m not calling the police because that’s the owner of the place. If you need to, call them yourself!” Seriously? So just because he’s the owner, he can behave like this? No one did anything, so we left the place! If you don’t want to visit a place where the owner acts like a complete jerk and does whatever he wants, I’d strongly recommend staying away from this place! Horrible place!
