I recently went to this KFC and the experience was much better than I expected. The place was clean, the order came out quickly, and the food was hot and well-prepared. But the best thing, without a doubt, was the service. I especially want to highlight Camila and Balti, who were incredibly kind and attentive at all times. You can tell when someone works with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, and they made everything much more enjoyable. It's a pleasure to encounter people like that in customer service. I would definitely go back just for the service I received. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I traveled through Switzerland and had the pleasure of eating at this place a few times. The service was excellent; the staff spoke English, Portuguese, Spanish, and German!
