The first few went pefectly fine, but when i went for the 4th time i ordered a Colonel burger meal and 3 chicken bites, BUT I ONLY RECEIVED MY FRIES AND A DRINK, THE BURGER WAS MISSING!! UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Most of the time everyhing seems to work just fine Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: A little selection of vegeterian wraps and burgers. But its KFC, come on...

The order kiosks work great, and I love the self service system (you even grab your own drink). Service is always quite quick. Like many European KFC outlets, the decor is modern and fresh. Nice place! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I'm going to preface this by saying, I don't give very many good reviews for spots unless it fits a extremely strict set of criteria. Good Service, Clean Bathrooms and Entrances, Clean drink machines, Employees that are smiling. All of these things go into a review for me. This restaurant hit all of the criteria with ease and im not that big of a fan of fast food. Alberto Schutz the Service Manager of this location has the art of customer experience down to a science, If i could advocate for him to be the Store Manager of this Location i would in a heart beat.
