We’re truly sorry that your experience left you feeling disappointed. However, we need to clarify a few important points for the sake of accuracy. Our terrace is very limited in space, and certain tables — especially those positioned in the center — must remain accessible to ensure safe passage for staff and guests. This includes clear movement paths for trays, hot beverages, and other guests walking through. For that reason, we kindly ask guests with strollers to use designated edge tables where there is sufficient space and no safety risk. In your case, our staff approached you immediately not to send you inside, but to explain that the specific table chosen could not accommodate a stroller due to the narrow passage. The concern was purely about safety and flow — not about the presence of a stroller. We categorically reject any implication of discrimination. We regularly welcome parents with children and also guests with mobility needs, and we always do our best to accommodate everyone within the physical limits of our space. We understand that this may not have aligned with your expectations, but our responsibility is to maintain a safe and functional environment for all guests and staff. We wish you all the best.
