Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante su consiglio della proprietaria dell'appartamento in cui alloggiamo. Cosa dire:scoperta fantastica!!! Locale molto bello ed accogliente.Cibo ottimo,abbiamo assaggiato diverse proposte e siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti da tutte.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Servizio impeccabile,scrupoloso e molto gentile e disponibile.Un difetto?...mi dispiace non l'ho trovato!!!BRAVI!!! Disappointing experience – good food, but terrible service We came to Kaptolska klet for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, mainly because of the service. As a starter, I ordered grilled vegetables and clearly asked the waiter not to include peppers. His response was rather arrogant: he suggested that I order grilled mushrooms instead. I explained that I don’t eat mushrooms either. So I ordered a Mediterranean salad with feta cheese. Despite having clearly explained that I don’t eat peppers, I was served a salad made almost entirely of green, yellow and red peppers, with a huge amount of feta cheese. The food itself was not bad, but the waiter’s attitude completely ruined the experience. Moreover, the waiter was hardly ever present in the dining room. Customers had to keep calling him whenever they needed something, even just to order coffee or ask for the bill. The service was very inattentive and unprofessional. When a customer clearly explains what they cannot or do not eat, you expect at least a minimum level of attention, respect and professionalism. It’s a shame, because the food was actually quite good, but the waiter’s attitude and the overall service were terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant.
