I have travelled the great land of Hrvatska to find the perfect Čevapi, and I have to say most of the best ones are in Zagreb. But this one may finally beat them all with some of the highest quality and perfectly seasoned meat and the freshest handmade somun (bread). Everything was excellent from the ajvar to the homegrown vegetables that accompany the dish. They seem to make everything themselves which is the winning secret. Bravo Kantineta.
