Pension Mirjan is the place to stay. Very nice rooms with a beautiful view of the Nanos, a high Karst plateau with many trails for hiking. The location of Pension Mirjan is perfect, it's only few kilometers away from the coast (on northwest) and few kilometers away from Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia (on southeast). Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
