I was passing by getting a bit hungry after a meeting in Sursee and got an idea to grab a box of some rolls taking this place for how it could look from outside to be maybe just a takeaway ready-to-go shop. In fact it's a full experience dine-in restaurant with terrific design finds already suggesting for "tasty" regardless a very narrow space however totally in connection with its Japanese DNA. So they don't have any store of morning made boxes, everything is boutique freshly cooked. The manager lady is very welcoming and nice, so I've changed the idea and decided to dine in enjoying the selection of circling plates on the moving table and everything I opted for was exceptionally fresh and stunningly curated. Sashimi - superb. Salad, rolls, tempura - all just top quality and to be repeated. I was balancing between green tea ice-cream decorated with sweet beans confiture or mochi and finally decided for the ice-cream but was offered a complimentary caramel mochi just to try - both delicious. Very tasty authentic jasmine tea. I'm longing to be back and Sursee is surprisingly a very nice spot to stop by on the way from Bern towards Gotthard. Last but not the least- it's a dog friendly place, so my little Italian greyhound baby also had a chance to enjoy a piece of sashimi and some shrimp Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
