Yesterday (September 22nd) we were at Kafi Schatz for the first time at around 3:20 p.m. It wasn't very busy, but the employee still seemed pretty annoyed with her job and the cleanliness behind the counter would have suggested that there would have to be significantly more guests there if you couldn't manage to put away dirty dishes and wipe down the surfaces. She was preparing an order (I think it was coffee) and successfully ignored us while doing so. (A friendly smile, perhaps with the hint that she would be with us shortly, would have made us feel pleasant without much effort and we would definitely have ordered more than just drinks to go!) When she came to us, she had such an annoyed expression on her face that we felt very unwelcome. It may be that everyone has a bad day, BUT if I am not able to serve customers in a (guest) friendly manner regardless of my private concerns, I should probably think about changing the industry! In any case, I assume that the business concept does not want to trigger such negative feelings among your guests! Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
