The defects you have mentioned seem very questionable to us, as they do not correspond with our product quality or the feedback from other customers. Among other things, you complain about the coffee bag not being vacuum-sealed. Although we have informed you that this cannot be a defect, as we always roast fresh and the coffee gives off gases - which is why we have never vacuum-sealed it - you continue to make this complaint. We also expect respectful and objective treatment in return. We find the way in which you communicated with us in your messages and the unfounded negative public review to be inappropriate.
