I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Khora. This festive Greek restaurant in the Eaux-Vives neighborhood of Geneva is a fantastic spot for a lively evening out. I visited with colleagues on one of their special Thursday nights (held once a month), where you can take part in the unique tradition of breaking plates on the floor—a fun and spirited activity that adds an « authentic » touch. Combined with a live Greek music band, it created an unforgettable atmosphere. The food ranged from average to very good, depending on the dish, but overall, it was a pleasant gastronomic experience. The vibrant ambiance and cultural elements more than made up for any variations in food quality. If you’re planning to attend one of these special evenings, I highly recommend making a reservation, as it was very well attended.
