We were welcomed by a friendly waitress and cook. The food tasted great: fresh ingredients and it had a homemade feel to it. The back room felt cosy, almost like a refugio. A diamond located in the street of Palau "JÒ TRATTORIA MODERNA" is an authentic paradise for food lovers. The first time, coming from outside, I ordered typical Sardinian dishes with fresh fish and other (local) ingredients that they delight the palate and make you feel as if you were by the sea. Concluding with an excellent dessert from the young pastry chef Alessandra! The second time I tried their extra meat menu with the Sardinian pig (which I recommend to those who prefer the meat menu) and I must say that it was a reconfirmation of the goodness of the food and the professionalism of these guys... who among They are also very young, enterprising and self-confident as well as very kind. Qualified, friendly dining room staff with excellent knowledge of foreign languages It was an extraordinary culinary experience, where I felt at home, which I can't wait to repeat once again.
