Esperienza culinaria straordinaria! Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante stellato Michelin e ogni piatto è stato un viaggio di sapori. Il menù degustazione era curato nei minimi dettagli, con abbinamenti creativi e raffinati. Gli ingredienti freschi e di altissima qualità si sono combinati in modo perfetto, creando una sinfonia di gusto in ogni boccone. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con personale attento e cortese, sempre disponibile a spiegare i piatti e consigliare vini eccellenti. L'ambiente è molto alla mano e il personale ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Location fantastica con vista sulla bellissima riviera di Makarska! Se siete alla ricerca di un luogo dove la passione per la cucina si unisce alla semplicità, questo ristorante è una tappa obbligata. Ogni aspetto della serata è stato sopra le aspettative. Come for the views and get blown away by the experience
We arrived at Jeny last night which is set in the hills above Tucepi. The first thing that strikes you is the amazing views swiftly followed by a really warm welcome.
We both opted for the 5 course tasting menu - one with meat only, no problem with this.
What happened then was one of the best food experiences we’ve ever had. Each dish was carefully explained by chef Vlado with the accompanying wine pairings brilliantly described. It’s impossible to define one standout dish as each course was a taste and flavour extravagance in its own right.
We have been very fortunate to have had some fantastic food in restaurants all over the world, the experience in restaurant Jeny ranks right up there with the best. This leaves only one question: when will Vlado and the team at Jeny get a Michelin star?
Oh, and the sunset just tops it all off.
