Jelovnik è vicinissimo al Archaeological Museum Zadar. I clienti non apprezzano molto il pesce di questo ristorante. Parecchi critici sottolineano che il personale è piacevole qui. Diversi ospiti riportano che il servizio è decente. Jelovnik su Google è stato valutato sotto la media.

After walking all the streets of Zadar to find some food, but not succeeding because of all the lines everywhere, we turned a corner and found Jelovnik with a couple of available tables outside! Yay! We sat down and were greeted by a very nice girl. I checked the reviews while waiting for drinks - yikes, a bunch of 1 star reviews! However, I really don’t understand why because the food we ordered was super fresh and delicious with great side dishes! Absolutely recommend!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sat down the evening of 5/18 and asked for tap water. Girl (blonde hair, blue eyes) said they don't sell that. I was confused. I replied, yes I know no one sells tap water you just give it to customers. She said no one in Croatia sells tap water. She continued that she legally could not give it to me. Very bizarre!! I then said that is very strange and you are making this a very uncomfortable experience. As I got up to walk away she asked where I was from and I said the US. She said that explains it. I walked backed looking to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager- no wonder the entire restaurant was completely empty. I walked 100 feet to another restaurant and had a lovely tuna salad with TAP WATER. After I finished my meal I walked past the restaurant again and the woman continued to harass me and even began to talk about me to a couple who was passing by. Very sad individual. I unsuccessfully tried contacting the restaurant to let the owner know who they have representing them....
