Absolutely outstanding! At Jedro Beach Restaurant in Hilton Costabella Rijeka we enjoyed an unforgettable main course of lobster and surlice (traditional pasta) in a rich tomato sauce – simply perfection. The lobster was tender, the pasta handmade and full of flavor. The entire team was magnificent; professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate. All of this while enjoying breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. A true gem for seafood lovers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

Pavan was the best waiter we’ve had in all of Europe! Friendly, and took care of everything we ate at Jedro at the Hilton! Got everything right and customer service was his top priority. Tomahawk steak and truffle pasta were both a must. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
