Absolutely outstanding! At Jedro Beach Restaurant in Hilton Costabella Rijeka we enjoyed an unforgettable main course of lobster and surlice (traditional pasta) in a rich tomato sauce – simply perfection. The lobster was tender, the pasta handmade and full of flavor. The entire team was magnificent; professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate. All of this while enjoying breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. A true gem for seafood lovers! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
