I have owned two Jura machines over the past 10+ years. When I reached out to Jura with some issues about my second machine, they went above and beyond to help me and showed me what world class customer service looks like. So world class coffeemakers meets world class service!

I purchased three Jura ENA 8 machines at the same time less than two years ago, believing I was investing in a premium brand. One of them failed twice for the same electrical issue within the warranty period — and what should have been a simple resolution turned into weeks of back-and-forth, vague responses, and missed commitments. I gave Jura several opportunities to handle it properly before posting this review. Even after repeat electrical failures, Jura decided the best resolution was to replace my brand-new, full-retail machine with a refurbished unit carrying a limited warranty, rather than a new one. That choice alone says everything about how they view their customers and the value of their so-called “premium” reputation. Thankfully, Williams Sonoma — where I purchased the machines — stepped up and did the right thing. Had I bought directly from Jura, I’d still be stuck with either a refurbished replacement or my same defective unit returned to me. Jura’s customer experience is the polar opposite of the luxury image it markets. It behaves worse than some budget brands I’ve dealt with in the past. After spending nearly $7,000, I’m done with the brand. Future buyers deserve to know what they’re really getting into.

We bought a JURA coffee machine. After a few months you couldn't turn it on anymore. - It needed to be repaired. On guarantee. - Barely a year later she is leaking. It was always cleaned/maintained as recommended by JURA. Despite the warranty, the FUST company that sold the device refused to repair it. - This way, as a company, you can get rid of defective products. - After all, JURA also found FUST's comments strange. - We will definitely not buy a JURA device again.
