We bought a JURA coffee machine. After a few months you couldn't turn it on anymore. - It needed to be repaired. On guarantee. - Barely a year later she is leaking. It was always cleaned/maintained as recommended by JURA. Despite the warranty, the FUST company that sold the device refused to repair it. - This way, as a company, you can get rid of defective products. - After all, JURA also found FUST's comments strange. - We will definitely not buy a JURA device again.

I have had a decade of excellent espresso from my Impressa A9. Recently, I called them because the touchscreen was damaged. They quoted me a fair price, paid for shipping both ways; and I got it back in 2 weeks. Works better than it did when it was new!
