Extremely bad service! I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and wanted to quickly order a drink. Even though I made the selection within those 2 minutes, I was completely ignored and not served. The staff obviously didn't feel like it anymore, even though there was still time. Such an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude is truly unacceptable! Absolutely not recommended! Service: 1

Unfortunately very overpriced for what it offers: 11.50 for a cup. Service was okay but we had to wait a few minutes. But I thought the ambience was nice. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely miserable! Probably the worst Joe & the Juice in the world! Burnt coffee, unrecognizable acai bowl, without acai and served in a coffee cup, and extremely expensive! Sandwich cold, definitely avoid! Hopefully the store will close soon and make room for something new!
