Coffee like it comes from a puddle of urine in the forest. You can even get better coffee at the airport. Brownie industrially manufactured harbor cheese. No response after complaint. However, we were made aware of the grievances in the company by the staff at the counter who were probably not trained. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Plenty of parking

Terrible! Coffee burnt, staff overwhelmed and massively understaffed, brownie soggy and artificial, and completely overpriced! Unfortunately, we were only refunded part of the purchase price, which is a shame and not customer-friendly. The Mall of Switzerland would do better to provide a platform for a more professional café. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely miserable! Probably the worst Joe & the Juice in the world! Burnt coffee, unrecognizable acai bowl, without acai and served in a coffee cup, and extremely expensive! Sandwich cold, definitely avoid! Hopefully the store will close soon and make room for something new!
