I have been a regular customer of Italmark Mozzanica since it opened. The supermarket is airy, well lit, spacious, has excellent quality products. I don't agree at all with the negative comments about the staff, who I consider to be the supermarket's real strength and to whom I must commend them. Kindness, helpfulness, efficiency and patience, from the management to the counter, logistics and cashier staff. I find the comment made to the cashier staff considered slow to be reprehensible (but reading the reviews of the person who made it clearly shows that she is biased against the cashiers of half of Italy). In recent years I have been served at the checkout by practically all the members in turn and several times and I must say that I am satisfied with each of them! Any slack at the checkout is due, if anything, to the unedifying behavior of some customers, who pester the staff with absurd demands, who create problems with the payment method, who arrange the goods in the bags directly by taking them from the moving walkway rather than doing so after having cleared the cash register. The problem with Italmark, if anything, is that prices are on average higher than many other chains. Thanks to the kindness of the staff, there is an air of familiarity that is difficult to find in other supermarkets, even according to the opinion of several of my acquaintances. Often it is the customers themselves who seek dialogue with the cashier staff, who always respond with kindness. Conversely, I cannot say about several customers, rude and rude, who park in the only spaces for disabled people or for electric charging cars despite not having the right to do so and despite having plenty of free parking available, who leave their trolleys abandoned in the center of the lanes, obstructing them. the passage to other customers, who open the closed packages of the products, who abandon articles from the refrigerated departments on the shelves of the detergent department, who release their children like untied dogs in the aisles who get up to all sorts of things, who leave the receipts at the cash register , who leave disposable gloves and discarded paper or packaging in trolleys or even on the ground, and so on. For those who are not satisfied, it would be enough to change the supermarket, there are now plenty of them. Giving negative reviews about staff, in addition to not satisfying your wounded ego, risks seriously damaging people's reputations.
