Unfortunately, my experience at Istanbul Imbiss was disappointing. The food did not meet my expectations in terms of quality or taste, and I was unable to finish my meal after only a few bites. Additionally, I found the customer service to be unfriendly and unwelcoming, which further detracted from the overall experience. Based on this visit, I would not choose to return. There are other nearby dining options that I would consider before coming back. Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This happened to me 3 years ago in Switzerland. I arrived around 10PM after taking the wrong train because the hotel names were similar. I ended up in the wrong town completely tired and confused. I walked into this small kebab restaurant near the station and asked if my hotel was somewhere nearby. The owner checked the address and told me his home was actually near my real hotel in Interlaken. It was about 30km away, and there were no taxis at that hour. Even though the restaurant was closing, he drove me all the way there himself. I still remember that kindness after all these years. He was truly my lifesaver in Switzerland. Thank you, owner.
