Intrigued by the Instagram page we came from Bolzano to try it. Excellent breakfast, croissants with classic and innovative flavors of incredible quality. Very sociable and welcoming owner, to whom we wish all the luck he deserves (ps. We'll see you in Bz). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Attracted by the beautiful photos and the nice reviews I went to this bakery. A great disappointment, not even a shadow of all the croissants in the photos, there were 6 croissants on display, 5 of which were burnt and all empty, I took one with chocolate and one with cream and paid 3 euros each. Almost non-existent filling and dough anything but good. Total disappointment. Maybe I was unlucky, with the wrong day of the burnt croissants, but the expectations I had from the photos and reviews have disappeared

Our customers know our product very well and know that we are the ONLY one in Merano for freshness, type of dough and generosity of filling, and a product of this quality goes out of the shop window immediately! In fact, our loyal customers ALWAYS book in advance! For us the croissant is SACRED, we put all our passion and professionalism into offering a HIGHEST QUALITY product, and this is what differentiates us from all the others. I happened to be passing through and I immediately purchased an empty croissant, really excellent, fresh and of high quality. The owner very courteous and polite. I will definitely return
