I usually would never badmouth a place unless my experience has been terrible and INDA-BAR was one such terrible experience. Firstly, decided to take some visitors here on Diwali day only to get our night and festival completely ruined. 1) 45 mins to get the table during second service. We had a table booked for 9:15pm and they kept telling us that they will take "1minute" to get the table ready and it wasn't ready even in 45 mins. We heard so many empty sorries. Their best excuse was that there was "supposedly" very famous actor on our table??? WTH. The manager/server told us he was sending us some naan while we waited. NOTHING CAME 2) Half items on the menu were finished by the time we got our table: Finally the famous actor gave the table up and then when we placed the order, they told us that half the dishes were over. They were literally over with everything we wanted to eat. if you know you have 2 services, you plan accordingly. How can you finish with Biryani or the lamb curry when that's what you are known for. For heavens sake! That was super annoying 3) Our food took more than an hour to come. They got us 2/5 dishes within 15 mins (without any cutlery or naan ). There was soooooo much confusion regarding our order that i had to walk over to the manager who again kept saying sorry without any tangible solutions. He tried to tell me that his server had messed up the order and i had to repeat our order after waiting already for an hour ! so there goes another 20-30 mins of waiting for our food. Honestly so frustrated by this point 4) Awful hospitality: You know when the restaurant knows they've screwed up big time, they try to make it up to you. Maybe a free dessert / maybe take some things off the bill. Now I'm not saying this is important but these are tools that restaurants use to make the diner feel like heard and actually feel sorry for how they have treated their guests. But Inda-bar! No. My friend literally had to tell them that there was no remorse for how they treated us and how there were 0 attempts made to try and make up for it! then they got back the bill with a meagre discount. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I really hope the staff wasnt being racists because we had heard from some friends that they felt certain vibes when they went. Our festival night was definitely ruined. Also there is something about an Indian restaurant where not a single server is Indian/ chefs were not indian/ nobody dining there was Indian (apart from 2 of us). Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Aarushi, Your review retained all our attention, thank you for coming back on your last experience at our establishment. We sincerely regret to hear that you did not enjoyed the service delivered during your visit. Rest assured that the satisfaction of our guests is the main of our concerns, as well as the welcome and the service offered by our team. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Our manager called a team meeting this morning after seeing your comment and the necessary steps have been taken to ensure that this kind of misunderstanding does not happen again. However, we think it's important to come back to your last remark and say that it in no way reflects the ethics of our establishment. As a reminder, the manager of our Indian restaurant is Moroccan... in such circumstances it is difficult to have the slightest doubt about the integrity of our team and the values we uphold. We sincerely hope that we will nevertheless have the opportunity to welcome you back. We'll do our best to make up for it and ensure your complete satisfaction. Regards, The Team - Inda-Bar
