Bella scoperta nel cuore di caselle ! Un locale rinnovato , i ragazzi sono gentilissimi e attenti al cliente . Il cibo di ottima qualità soprattutto il pesce con porzioni abbondanti con un costo che non ti aspetti . Ve lo consiglio assolutamente perché è davvero da provare️ consiglio la prenotazione essendo quasi sempre pieno . Sotto consiglio di alcuni miei clienti, con curiosità abbiamo voluto provare questo ristorante. Il locale è molto carino ed il personale è preciso, attento e molto disponibile (nel tavolo vicino a noi c’erano dei clienti molto esigenti che sfioravano la maleducazione ma, nonostante ciò, i camerieri si sono mostrati sempre MOLTO gentili e disponibili). Ed i piatti? che dire..SUBLIMI! Davvero tutto molto buono ed abbondante! Un esempio: i totani erano molto morbidi mentre, in altri ristoranti, spesso si trovano duri. Ristorante dal quale esci completamente sazio e con un gran sorriso! Complimenti a tutti voi, torneremo molto presto! An elegant yet not elitist restaurant In summary: this new management is a nice surprise, both in terms of price and quality. The Corallo restaurant is the new management of a small pearl wedged in the city of Caselle, whose strong point has always been the furnishings: a wonderful and unexpected balance between classic and modern where you will make a good impression both for a small corporate meeting and for a romantic evening. A pearl that has seen various managements succeed one another, some higher, some less, who have tried the adventure of making a beautiful but small restaurant thrive in a city renowned above all for its airport. As far as I can remember, all the previous owners aimed at a select audience that could afford prices that were not exactly popular, which perhaps ended up alienating the native audience. Il Corallo goes against the trend, offering a well-studied and balanced meat and fish menu but above all not expensive in economic terms, proposed by professional and kind staff who do not spare a smile. Will he be able to reconcile it with adequate quality? I am seated at an elegant glass and metal table. As a cover, I am served a crunchy loaf with a compact crumb, very suitable for fish sauces, and some stretched breadsticks that accompany well. In the spirit of keeping the final bill down, I ask for a sparkling white wine from the house which is still pleasant and digestible. As a menu I opt for fish, ordering spaghetti with seafood and a mixed grill. I would say the optimum for evaluating the kitchen. The seafood is rich and inviting: properly cooked spaghetti goes well with a sauce cooked for a long time. The result is a dense flavour, also given by the mixture of "overcooked" fish (in the good sense) which mixes well with the sauce and with the pasta. Not the classic rock but definitely a dish that meets my taste. The grilled meat is very rich, so much so that it appears full-bodied and almost piled high on the plate. There is really a lot to eat and a lot of variety: swordfish, salmon, sole, prawns, prawns, a couple of other fish and even a tentacle, all grilled properly. It is by far the dish that costs the most but in proportion perhaps the one that represents the best deal. Forget a greedy person like me: in this barbecue you can eat for two and maybe even for three. Sunday lunch concludes with a peaty-tasting coffee that stays in your mouth, satisfyingly accompanying the typical postprandial cecagna. Given the very hot summer, all I have to do is look for a nice swimming pool with an aperitif in hand and for today I'm a king. Will I go back? Of course: I still have to try the land menu!
