Ristorante molto curato in ogni dettaglio , la sala è molto luminosa e spaziosa !! Siamo stati accolti e trattati benissimo , materie prime super ricercate e piatti super !!! Ho mangiato un Pacchero 2.0 che era la fine del mondo !!! Tutto squisito !! Super raccomandato Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible experience, Easter ruined because they can't manage so many people. I point out that there was a fixed menu so they already knew what to cook. Having arrived at 1.30pm, at 2.40pm not even the starter had arrived while other people who had arrived after us were already on their first course. Absolutely the first restaurant in which I got up and left empty-handed, a shame because the structure was really very beautiful, there wasn't much time left and I only took up residence in there for the appetizer. It amazes me that here on Google the reviews are all positive while on Tripadvisor they are the opposite, coincidence? +++RESPLY TO THE VENUE MANAGERS++ We arrived at 1.30pm and at 2.20pm the entrées arrived, which obviously we appreciated. After almost an hour I would have also eaten the bread (which arrived AFTER us and never arrived for the others) and also the legs of the table. What can I think of a service that after 50 minutes I get two tiny items? I imagine how long I would have had to wait for the starter and the other courses, I would have left on Easter Monday. We left the glasses almost full because there was no difference with the vinegar. I repeat, there could have been a half hour wait on a holiday day, but 60 minutes for ONLY the entrée NO. The people who arrived after us were NOT already in the structure, if you have cameras and feel like it, go ahead and check, I saw it from the parking lot when I went to vape. It's not my habit to complain, but once I opened Tripadvisor where the reviews are mostly negative unlike Google and EVERYONE complains about the poor service. Maybe you should ask yourself some questions, having said that I won't set foot there again, good luck with everything! Service: 1

That said, it didn't actually happen that way. You arrived at the facility after booking the table for Easter, we made you sit down and immediately afterwards you were brought water, different welcome entrées (which you appreciated given the dishes left on the table) and two glasses of Franciacorta (equally welcome). In half an hour of waiting you certainly didn't leave empty-handed. Also considering the fact that half an hour of waiting on a holiday does not seem like an exaggeration to me as we prefer the customer to wait ten minutes more and remain satisfied with what he will eat (even being a fixed menu we prepare everything at the moment precisely to guarantee excellent quality both in terms of the raw material and the plating). It is not our habit to serve randomly, so if other people were served first they were probably already in the establishment even if they had not yet sat down at the table. (Many customers preferred to enjoy our aperitif at the counter or outdoors and then sit at the table).
