La pasta è veramente ottima in tutte le sue declinazioni, anche quelle più particolari come i favolosi ravioli ripieni di faraona. Mi sono anche fatta fare una serie di torte salate che ho congelato ed utilizzo nei momenti di emergenza se arrivano ospiti inattesi e anche quelle sono favolose. Che dire poi dei biscotti al cioccolato e peperoncino?? Una droga....
I recently discovered this special place which is "Il Matterello dell'Oca", a paradise for celiacs and NOT! I have been celiac for about a year and here I rediscovered the taste of tradition, which I feared I would no longer be able to savor... Everything done by hand, like a true work of art. Amazing gluten-free tortellini to say the least, exceptional apple pie and gluten-free biscuits, fantastic ravioli with jam rigorously homemade by the owner. Now, conveniently stored in the freezer as an inevitable reserve, the legendary lasagna, cannelloni and fabulous ham and cheese rosettes await me! All this shared with my mother who, despite not being celiac, can no longer do without these delicious delicacies! The cuisine of Fabio, the owner, definitely creates an irrepressible addiction! My compliments to Fabio, creator of this real "gem", for the excellence of the products (for celiacs and others) rigorously handmade, the healthy ingredients, the "homemade" tradition, the goodness and wide variety offered also - happiness! - to the celiac segment. And thank you for the special attention you always give to the customer. Fabio's kindness and helpfulness are disarming. Always ready and attentive to satisfy every customer need and request.
